Since 1984 he works at the Institute of Applied Physics of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova. In 1998 he maintained a thesis. Area of scientific interests: aerosols, optics of atmosphere. Individual authorship and participation in 48 articles and conference presentations.

Vladimir Smicov,

   He graduated the Odessa State University on speciality Astronomy in 1976. From 1976 to 2000 he worked at the Astrophysical observatory of the Moldavian (Kishinev) State University. Since 2001 he works at the Institute of Applied Physics of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova. Area of scientific interests: astronomy and optics of atmosphere. He has 56 published scientific works and conference presentations.

   He graduated the Chuvash State University on speciality Optics and spectroscopy in 1981. Since 1985 he works at the Institute of Applied Physics of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova. Area of scientific interests: thermophysics, electrophysics. He has 15 published scientific works and conference presentations, and 7 copyright certificates on inventions.

   He graduated the State University of Nizhni Novgorod on speciality Radiophysics in 1973. Since 1976 he works at the Institute of Applied Physics of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova.
